COMMERCIAL AV   PRESENTATION TECHNOLOGIES

THE CHALLENGE…

Pyramid were approached in 2014 by the advertising agency Fold 7 who were in the process of taking over some new premises in Farringdon, London. These were to be their flagship offices and the creative finish and design aspirations were to be of a high standard throughout.

Our task was to provide an audio system that could be used to pipe stream Spotify playlists chosen by the staff throughout the flexible workspace as well as a large central video wall for the double height reception and events space. We also fitted out AV systems into the main Client facing boardroom and meeting room.

THE SOLUTION…

Working with the Client we designed a system that would enable them to host events and presentations in the public space, as well as high quality presentations within their meetings rooms.

As a creative ad agency the quality of the audio and video reproduction was key, as was the ability to control them quickly and easily.

The boardroom is a quirky space with a traditional long meeting table and AV systems built into a bespoke wall system. Various AV connections are presented to users and a simple AMX controller on the wall allows recall of user presets. The main meeting room has a similar setup, albeit in a different designed space with more glass to challenge the acoustics!

The main events and reception space features a 9 x 9 video wall and localised audio and PC inputs for presentations. The screen runs various adverts throughout the day, as well as functioning as a large scale screen for presenting new concepts and ideas to clients, and the odd staff party!

Around the two floors of offices, meeting booths and canteen areas there is a discreet Bose audio system allowing background music to be played quietly in the daytime, and loudly when the beers come out on a Friday after work!

THE RESULT…

Fold 7 created an amazing space with the help of designer Paul and we were delighted to be able to provide extensive AV systems in order to help them present themselves in the best possible light.
