Book your AV Systems health check for your workplace

Flexible working is here to stay, but are your workplace AV systems ready for the return?

Audio visual technology will play a significant role of the workplace in the post pandemic era. Organisations need to ensure that staff have a choice of places to work and to meet, and importantly that the AV & IT systems  deliver a flexible and consistent experience for its employees.

In assessing your AV estate and determining potential changes or upgrades, there are two questions to consider initially;

Firstly, do you have the appropriate systems in place to accommodate employee return? The AV systems you currently have may need to be upgraded to provide additional features such as contactless functionality. You may also need to consider new ways to communicate to employees, such as using digital signage to display current policies, company announcements and real time updates.

Secondly, are you confident that your current AV systems are operationally sound and reliable? This will greatly depend on if the hardware has been regularly maintained it. Equipment requires upkeep, and maintenance standards should follow best practices.

In support of the above, we can offer an AV System Health Check service, as well as a range of bespoke Preventative Maintenance support packages to suit clients’ individual needs.

What is an AV systems Health Check?

Essentially this will give you a snapshot of the health that your systems are currently at.

When equipment built for commercial use has been unused, or only used intermittently, performance issues can arise. A health check can identify any issues or potential issues before they become a problem. Therefore, this prevents system downtime and enables staff to focus on their tasks in hand rather than dealing with poor technology performance.

During a health check, our engineers will attend site to inspect and check the full functionality of your AV, video conferencing and control systems, whilst also checking that all cabling and connectors are fitted correctly and in good repair.  We will also perform small fixes and system updates if required.

Following this check, we will provide a full report confirming what system checks have been performed, the status of each component tested and recommendations for repairs or upgrades required in order for you to achieve your desired set up.
