Pyramid design lighting scheme for iconic sculpture ‘Bianca’
An award-winning Plymouth firm has been tasked with creating the lighting scheme which will illuminate the city’s towering bronze sculpture ‘Bianca’.
The Pyramid Group will be working closely with the Theatre Royal Plymouth to decide on the best way to illuminate ‘Bianca’ when she takes up residence in the city.
The seven metre tall and nine metre wide sculpture, weighing in at around 3,500kg, is under construction and due to arrive in her new home outside the entrance to the Theatre Royal Plymouth in late 2018 or early 2019.
Deciding on the best way to illuminate ‘Bianca’ to her full potential, the Theatre Royal Plymouth team turned to The Pyramid Group for their expertise.

The Plympton-based firm recently added two awards to add to their list of accolades at the CEDIA industry awards, one of which was for ‘Best Lighting, Control and Installation’.
